Divorce in New York costs too much, takes too long, and too often results in unfair financial outcomes. New York’s law on maintenance is a big part of the problem. Changing the way we think about maintenance is the cornerstone to better, easier, more fair financial settlements, so that’s where the Coalition has aimed its sights.
